The Morning Call: Bethlehem festival seeks blueberry dessert bakers

It’s that time of year when bakers are asked: Do you have a spectacular blueberry dessert? Like how good? First-prize-worthy good?
If so, you’ll want to enter the Historic Bethlehem Museums & Sites’ Best Blueberry Dessert Culinary Contest. It will be held as part of the annual Blueberry Festival, July 15 and 16. The festival, held at the historic Burnside Plantation, is a two-day family-friendly event that lets you indulge in all things blueberry such as pie, ice cream, beer, wine and mead. You can also enjoy activities, crafts and live music.
