The Morning Call: Musikfest kicks off today: 10 things to experience

So it’s here. The big event of the summer, that is if you like hearing lots of music, eating festival food and enjoying other activities in the company of thousands. The 34th edition of Musikfest, the country’s largest free music festival, opens Friday night, and over 10 days features a record 600 performances on 17 stages in downtown Bethlehem and at SteelStacks on the South Side. So grab your mug and your walking/dancing shoes and get ready to fest.
