The Burnside Plantation, in Bethlehem, is what remains of a farm established in 1747 by members of the Moravian Church – James and Mary Burnside. Now it’s run by Historic Bethlehem. WLVR’s Brad Klein visited recently when volunteers were planting potatoes in the half-acre ‘kitchen garden’ there.
