House & Garden Tour Preview Party
Friday, June 9th at 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm
This year’s preview night is hosted by David and Jane Noel at their Villa Verde home in Center Valley! Experience a breathtaking view complete with beautifully manicured lawns and gardens. This stately home features uniquely styled décor with a modern, rustic feel, and special architectural touches.
The Noels purchased the home in late 2017 and expanded and reimagined the property. Christine Ussler of Artefact redesigned the front façade, adding to the garage and laundry/pantry, and created a grand atrium that connects all three levels with stairs and an elevator.
Chiles and Sillivan built the original house in 2001 and supplied the same craftsmen to execute all additions. Scott Rothenberger of PLACE designed the welcoming courtyard at the home entrance. The hardscape was installed by Made in Shade. Interior redesigns are by Decoration Unlimited.
The special event features delicious food by Karen Hunter Catering and live music. As the sun sets, don’t miss the opportunity to mingle and network with other guests from around the Lehigh Valley!
