Walk through history as we guide you to things to learn, places to discover, and events that help connect us to our rich heritage.
Instructions: Bring 12 individually packaged servings of your entry to the Luckenbach Mill (459 Old York Road, Bethlehem) between 4 PM and 7 PM on Friday, April 17 along with three (3) copies of your recipe and a brief note about what the recipe means to your family. Make sure your name and cell phone number are on every page submitted. Contestants will not be be present for judging.
Bakers advancing to the Finals (May 30) will be notified by email by 10 PM on April 17 and announced at the Old Fashioned Bake Sale table at 10:30 AM during Community Heritage Day April 18.
All entries will be available for sale at the Old Fashioned Bake Sale during Community Heritage Day.
Entry is not considered complete until $10 registration fee is completed.
Entries will be judged based on:
- Flavor (40 points)
- Appearance (25 points)
- Texture (25 points)
- Story Behind the Recipe (10 points)
