Historic Bethlehem and professor Sarah Eyerly invite you to experience “Moravian Soundscapes,” a two-day event offering a unique walking tour with sound installations and the Jeanette Barres Zug Lecture at the Gemeinhaus Saal, Moravian Museum.
Moravian Soundscape Walking Tour
On October 14 at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., immerse yourself in the sounds of the Historic Moravian District as Eyerly will guide you back to Moravian Bethlehem in 1758 through the sounds of life, industry, and nature in early Bethlehem. Take a moment to pause and truly listen as you encounter sound installations inspired by Eyerly’s Bethlehem in 1758 | Moravian Soundscapes map which vividly recreates the sounds of Bethlehem in 1758.
