Unspun: Stories of Silk is a colorful exhibition that begins with the Bethlehem Moravians’ ambitious attempts to create the world’s most luxurious and useful fabric. Through stories, displays, artwork, and hands-on activities, visitors can explore the fascinating journey of silk in the Lehigh Valley from a small experiment in an attic to a global leader in the silk industry. The exhibition runs through January 2024 and is presented in part through funding from The Helen & R.K. Laros Foundation.
