Moravian Sugar Cookies

The enchanting scent of baked sweetness wafts through the air as we bring you the beloved Moravian Sugar Cookies. These thin, crispy treats are a Moravian tradition that dates back centuries. We promise that you can never just eat one! Buttery, wafer-thin, super crispy, and shaped like Moravian stars. These irresistible treats are handmade by Richard Groman, who uses a recipe dating back to the 1920s. Perfect for gifting or enjoying with a warm cup of cocoa or coffee. These cookies are sure to become a cherished part of your holiday celebrations. Each box contains 1 lb. of cookies.

Kiffles: A Hungarian Delight

Made by an award-winning and locally renowned baking family headed by Eva Seibert, these delicate pastries are a true labor of love, with layers of flaky dough embracing sweet fillings like apricot, walnut, and raspberry. The perfect combination of buttery richness and fruity sweetness, Kiffles are a delightful addition to any holiday gathering. Share the joy with family or savor it with a hot cup of tea for a moment of seasonal bliss.

Moravian Sugar Cake: A Slice of Heaven

Indulge in the decadent goodness of Moravian Sugar Cake, a moist and spiced delicacy that embodies the warmth of the season. These cakes are a Moravian tradition, made by the earliest of the Bethlehem Moravians. Each bite is a symphony of brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Whether served as a dessert or enjoyed with a morning coffee, Moravian Sugar Cake is a celebration of tradition. This cake will leave your taste buds dancing with Moravian traditions.

Moravian Mints: Cool Elegance

Mint-making is a Moravian tradition that dates all the way to the late 1700s. A Moravian sister from Bethlehem prepared them to share with the children. Made by the Bright Stars Circle of Nazareth, these refreshing confections are the perfect palate cleanser after a rich holiday meal. Moravian Mints add a touch of sophistication to your festive spread with a smooth, minty flavor and a dusting of powdered sugar. Packaged in charming boxes, they make delightful gifts and stocking stuffers, spreading joy with every refreshing bite.

Nut Rolls: Nutty Perfection

No holiday season is complete without the nutty perfection of Nut Rolls. Baked by Country Cottage Bake Shop, located in Tamaqua, PA, uses a third-generation Slovakian recipe for these hand-rolled nut rolls. Wrapped in a flaky, buttery pastry, these rolls are generously filled with a blend of chopped nuts, sugar, and spices. The result is a heavenly combination of textures and flavors that will have you coming back for more.
