Visit Burnside, Bethlehem’s very own farm in the city from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 30; Sunday Oct. 1.; and Saturday, Oct. 14
Tour the Burnside Farmhouse and Johnson Barn with a costumed Historic Bethlehem guide. Experience the Burnside Colonial Garden, and the Penn State Master Gardener Pollinator Garden. Explore the Monocacy Trail through an interactive, self-guided tour!
Be sure to stop by the Summer Kitchen, where you can take part in making sauerkraut and stringing green beans to dry, while Foodways volunteers make Cottage Pye and Irish Stew in honor of James Burnside’s Irish heritage.
