Fall officially arrives next week, and Historic Bethlehem Museums & Sites’ (HBMS) 12th-annual Apple Days is the perfect way to savor the season!

Set for Saturday-Sunday, Sept. 20-21, Apple Days is packed with live music, family-friendly activities, pony rides, goat snuggling, a petting zoo, and artisans demonstrating 18th-century crafts.

But the real star? The apple-inspired foods, blending the sweet aromas of baked apples and cinnamon with savory international flavors. This year, prepare to taste apples in ways you’ve never imagined, from apple risotto and apple lasagna to Apple Jacks donuts and more!

Here’s a peek at what to expect:

DonutNV – Returning Favorite
Nazareth’s DonutNV is back with special Apple Days donut flavors, including caramel apple, Apple Jacks, apple cinnamon and apple strudel. Pair these warm, fresh donuts with a fall beverage for the ultimate autumn treat.

Pasta Eva – Apple-Inspired Italian
Philadelphia’s Pasta Eva, a hit at HBMS’s July Blueberry Festival, returns with a menu of apple-themed Italian classics. Try spaghetti with apple tomato sauce, risotto with apples and caramelized onions, apple lasagna, or apple tiramisù. Comforting, creative and perfect for the season!

Taco Town
Enjoy sensational Mexican fare at this food truck, includinga wide variety of tacos featuring your choice of delicious meat.

Couchpota.doh – A Taste of South America
This vendor from Bethlehem offers Ecuadorian cuisine ranging from apple-glazed pork tenderloin to empanadas with sweet and savory apple fillings.

Market to Go – Dessert Paradise
No visit to Apple Days is complete without stopping at the Market to Go, offering apple cider and the festival’s largest dessert lineup ever!

This year’s nine options include apple pie from Vallos Bakery, apple crumb cake from The Bakery Nook, apple cider donut holes from Backdoor Bakeshop, apple caramel ice cream from Bethlehem Dairy Store and exciting new treats like apple crullers and gluten-free apple cinnamon muffins.

Want the ultimate sweet deal? Grab the Apple Extravaganza, featuring an apple pie, large coffee cake, and strudel. Guests can pre-order desserts for pickup during the festival or on Friday, Sept. 19, from 4–7 p.m. (admission ticket required).

Autumn-Inspired Beverages at the Apple Barrel Tavern
At the Apple Barrel Tavern, attendees can sip a variety of seasonal drinks from local producers, including Christmas City Spirits, Stony Run Winery and Banko Beverage Company. Enjoy a special seasonal cocktail, spiced wine, hard ciders like Strongbow and Woodchuck Amber, Gourdo Extra Special Pumpkin Ale, vonC Festbier and more.

Tasting tickets ($25) include five beverage samples and festival admission, with full-size pours also available for purchase.
