Persona Task List

The Local Cultural & Heritage Visitor

Motivation: Discover a unique and uncrowded historic gem right in your backyard.

Target profile: Median and high-income retirees and families within a three-hour drive – New York, Philadelphia, Washington DC

What you know going in: You have heard of Bethlehem at Christmas. Nothing else.

Task 1: Show family from out of town around

You have family coming to stay for a few days in September, and it has fallen to you to decide where to take them. You want a day out that is worth the rip they made, and that you would be glad to have chosen. Decide where you would take them, what you would see, what it costs for the group, and what time you would need to be there.

Did it work, and was it easy? Did everything behave the way you expected – links, menus, buttons, forms, filters, prices, dates, images? And was getting to what you wanted straightforward or a challenge: how many wrong turns, and where did you double back?(Required)

What was compelling, and what fell flat? What in the writing, the photographs or the pages made you want to go? And what said nothing to you, or put you off?(Required)

How long did it take you to complete this task?(Required)

Task 2: Decide whether to join

You want to find out whether it is worth becoming a member, and whether there is anything here for you beyond one visit. Decide which membership you would take and what it gets you, and whether you would volunteer or come to a talk or a class. Follow the joining route as far as the payment page and stop there.
