Kickoff the weekend with the Rooms to View Preview Party on Friday, June 5 and enjoy exclusive access to stunning homes, stylish kitchens and flourishing gardens in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding area on the 34th Annual Rooms to View House & Garden Tour on Saturday, June 6. This unique self-guided tour offers a rare glimpse inside private residences showcasing a variety of architectural and design styles. Bring your friends and explore unique settings and color palettes, artwork and landscapes, architecture and historic renovations. Rooms to View attendees annually enjoy seeing and learning how homeowners connect indoor and outdoor living spaces and creatively transform historic properties into modern living spaces, complete with updated kitchens and baths.

Rooms to View is a two-week long celebration of style and design that includes a Friday evening Preview Party at the home of Martin Guitar executive chairman Christian F. Martin IV, complete with a performance by acclaimed Martin Guitar artist Craig Thatcher, as well as Saturday open-house tour, design workshops and the new Inspiration Fair, where local designers help bring your creative ideas to life.

What you’ll see on the 2026 house tour

Begin the day with coffee and donuts at the Luckenbach Mill from 9-11 AM. Pick up your Rooms to View program and enjoy the Lehigh Art Alliance exhibition supporting the Overlook on History. Programs will also be available for pick up at all tour locations.

Rooms to View guests will enjoy an expanded footprint of beautiful homes and gardens in Bethlehem and nearby Upper Bucks County this year. Explore a well-known artist’s creatively decorated home and studio that incorporates multimedia works of art, and see plein air artists demonstrating in the garden that day.

A mid-century masterpiece in Bethlehem joins a circa 1810, sensitively renovated home along the Monocacy Creek, along with other 20th-century styles that highlight Bethlehem’s development as a community over time.

In nearby Upper Bucks County, the circa 1780 Jacob Uhler House and garden, featuring a saltwater pool, is complemented by nearby 19th-century properties and the historic Durham Mill and Furnace, a nod to the area’s Revolutionary War-era history.

There is a style to excite every interest in the 2026 residence lineup.

Following the tour, enjoy a complimentary wine and cheese reception at the Durham Road property from 4-5 PM.

The 2026 Rooms to View Preview Party

Kick off your 2026 Rooms to View house tour in style at the Preview Party, a beautifully catered reception and chic celebration of the decorative arts at the 2026 Signature Home. Your Rooms to View Preview Party ticket also includes access to all of the houses on the Saturday tour, an entry into a raffle for a Martin Guitar instrument and entry into the Martin Guitar Museum.

Overlooking the 13th fairway on Saucon Valley Country Club’s Weyhill Golf Course and lovingly built with a reverence for classic design elements, this breathtaking home takes its character from 200-year old farmhouses. Tucked away on a private road, the classic colonial is as equally reminiscent of an English Manor home as traditional Bucks County gentleman’s estate. Outside amenities include a pool, spa, separate pool house with fireplace, bluestone and brick patios, and covered porches.

Your Preview Party ticket also includes entry into a raffle for a Martin Guitar instrument and complimentary admission to the Martin Guitar Museum.

New Inspiration Fair – Free with Your Ticket

Discover new design and remodeling ideas on the Rooms to View House and Garden Tour and then join us on Thursday, June 11, from 4 PM – 8 PM, to meet the people and companies who can bring those ideas to life in your home.

At the Inspiration Fair, home, garden and design professionals will showcase their work while helping you plan your next house or garden project. The event takes place at the Luckenbach Mill in Bethlehem; complimentary light refreshments and the creative environment will have you on your way to taking your own home or living space to the next level.

Tickets are also available to the public for $10.

Tickets & pricing

Preview Party tickets and pricing are $160 and include entry into a raffle for a Martin Guitar instrument and entry into the Martin Guitar Museum. The House & Garden tour tickets are $50 for the public and $40 for Historic Bethlehem Museums & Sites Members.

What is included on the house & garden tour?

Your ticket includes admission to all of the properties on the 2026 tour, plus donuts and coffee at the Luckenbach Mill from 9-11 Am and a closing wine and cheese reception from 4-5 PM at the Durham Road property. While some of the homeowners may only allow access to their gardens, the vast majority of homes are open to tour attendees. Your 2026 Rooms to View ticket also includes free admission to our design workshops and the new Inspiration Fair on Thursday, June 11.

How do I know what houses are on the tour?

Ticketholders will receive an email prior to the tour date with property addresses and suggested itineraries.

How long should I plan on spending on the tour?

Depending on the year, there may be more than 10 homes on the Rooms to View route. The tour is self-guided so you can proceed at your own pace. Saturday tour hours are 10 AM – 4 PM.

Is this an all-weather event?

Yes, the Rooms to View house tour is held rain or shine.

How far away from Bethlehem are the locations in Upper Bucks County?

The Durham properties (park once and visit three locations) and nearby Jacob Uhler House are about 25 minutes from downtown Bethlehem.
